In an era dominated by intense digital social comparison, digital native dancers in Indonesia face dual aesthetic pressures: the demands of stage performance and the pervasive influence of social media. This quantitative study investigates the relationship between body image and self-confidence within this demographic. Utilizing a correlational design, the study involved 104 digital natives dancers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the Body Shape Questionnaire-8 (BSQ-8) and the Personal Evaluation Inventory (PEI). Spearman's correlation analysis revealed a negative significant. This research offers vital implications for dance educators and mental health practitioners, highlighting the need for body-positivity interventions to mitigate the impact of aesthetic pressures on the performance and self-identity of dancers in Indonesia.
