Abstrak

Kecemburuan adalah emosi umum di tempat kerja, dan dapat mengarah pada perilaku kerja kontraproduktif (CWB) seperti mencuri, sabotase, dan ketidakhadiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan kecemburuan di tempat kerja terhadap perilaku kerja kontraproduktif pada karyawan perusahaan X di Jakarta. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan data akan dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei. Populasi merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Perusahaan X di Jakarta sebanyak 55 karyawan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antar kecemburuan yang baik dan juga perilaku kontraproduktif. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi manajer dan organisasi untuk memahami konsekuensi negatif dari kecemburuan di tempat kerja dan mengembangkan strategi untuk mengurangi dampak hal tersebut pada perilaku kerja kontraproduktif karyawan.
