Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Panduan Penulis

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Lex Prospicit. Please read the information on the peer-review process. The articles published in Lex Prospicit go through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Team’s right based on the peer reviewer’s recommendation.

Please read and understand the author’s guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the Editors should comply with the manuscript template of this journal. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the Editorial Team before being reviewed. The Editorial Team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.


Important Note: All manuscripts must be submitted in English or Bahasa Indonesia (Manuscripts in English will be prioritized). If English is not your first language, we appreciate it if the manuscript has passed the proofread process by a native or a trusted proofread institution. Do not forget to attach the proofread evidence to the supplementary file when making a submission. Otherwise, your manuscript will be delayed or even rejected after a preliminary review by the Editorial Team.

 

Review Policy
The Editor in Chief will assign the manuscript to the Managing Editor for further handling. The Managing Editor will request at least two law experts to review the research article manuscript. All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer-review, both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process to meet standards of academic excellence.


Publication Frequency
Lex Prospicit is published two times a year in February and July.


Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.


Paper Format
● The word limit for the submission is 4,000-9,000 words (including footnotes and abstract).
● The sequence of manuscripts following: Title; Abstract; Keywords; Introduction; Method; Result and Discussion; Conclusion; and References.
● Referencing style uses the Turabian Style.


Main Headings of Manuscripts
An article may be divided into sections, subsections, and sub-subsections, using Arabic alphabets and numerals. Only the initial word and proper names should be capitalized. Following main headings, subheadings and sub-subheadings should be numbered in the manuscript with the following example:

1. INTRODUCTION

2. METHOD

3. RESULT AND DISCUSSION

    3.1     Subheading

    3.1.1  Sub-subheading

    3.2     Subheading

4. CONCLUSION   

 

Manuscript Structure

● Title
Title of articles are written with Book Antiqua (16 pt), bold and preferably not more than 16 words.

● Author(s) name, affiliations, country of affiliation, and e-mail of Corresponding Author.

● Abstract
The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, objective of the paper, followed by a statement regarding the method and a brief summary of results. Font with Book Antiqua (10 pt) and preferably not more than 250 words.

● Keywords
Keywords are arranged alphabetically and should have at least two keywords and maximum three
keywords separated by a semicolon (;). Keywords should not contain any acronyms and abbreviations. Do not insert name of location, institution or regulation into the keyword section.

● Introduction
The introduction should be clear and provide the issue to be discussed in the manuscript. At the end of the paragraph, the author/s should end with a comment on the significance concerning identification of the issue and the objective of research.

● Method

The method is written in descriptive, and is optional.

● Result and Discussion
This section is the most important section of your article. Contains the results of the object of study and should be clear and concise.

● Conclusion
Conclusion contains a description that should answer the objectives of research. Do not include any provisions and repeat the Abstract or simply describe the results of the research. Give a clear explanation regarding the possible application and/or suggestions related to the research findings.

● References

Lex Prospicit uses the Turabian Style in the References at the end of the manuscript. Cite only items that you have read and written on footnotes. All publications cited in the text should be included in the References section and arranged alphabetically. 

● Table, Figures, Images, Chart, etc

The table, etc should be clearly readable and at least have a resolution of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) for good printing quality. Table made with the open model (without the vertical lines), center position. The title of the figure/table must be added at the bottom of the figure/table with font size 10 and the source (if any) should be added in the form of a footnote.

 

Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are not allowed. The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others that this has been appropriately cited or quoted. Editorial Team checking manuscript by using Turnitin app. If plagiarism is found (more than 30%), the board will reject the manuscript immediately.

 

Submission Manuscript

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration. It is up to the Editorial Team to decide upon acceptance.
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word file format and has been in accordance with Law Review’s Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  3. Any third-party-owned materials used have been identified with appropriate credit lines, and permission obtained from the copyright holder for all formats of the journal.
  4. The author declares the absence of any conflict of interest.
