ADOPSI SERVANT LEADERSHIP TERHADAP JOB PERFORMANCE MELALUI MEDIASI ORGANIZATION LEARNING PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI BERBASIS IMAN KRISTEN DI JABODETABEK

Abstract


Institusi seperti perguruan tinggi Kristen memiliki standar dan value institusi dan sosialisasi tersendiri sesuai dengan ajaran dari agama Kristen. Teori sekular yang memiliki value untuk perguruan tinggi Kristen adalah model kepemimpinan yang diadopsi, terutama adalah model kepemimpinan transformasional dan servant leader atau kepemimpinan yang melayani. Cara servant leadership untuk pengikutnya dapat mengikutinya adalah dengan mempromosikan kecerdasan, pengetahuan, dan pembelajaran karyawan atau organization learning sehingga karyawan dapat menjadi inovatif dalam pendekatan mereka terhadap pemecahan masalah dan solusi, sehingga kinerja karyawan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh adopsi servant leadership terhadap job performance melalui organization learning. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu perguruan tinggi berbasis iman Kristen yang ada di Indonesia, kuesioner disebarkan dengan menggunakan metode snowball sampling menggunakan microsoft form, melalui whatsapp, e-mail, dan ms teams.
