This study investigates what drives participant satisfaction in community-based English training programs. The English Club Program serves as the research context, designed as an interactive platform to improve English communication skills among university students. Beyond instructional content, program quality is shaped by the learning atmosphere, peer interaction, and facilitator competence. This study therefore examines the influence of these three factors on participant satisfaction. Findings from 169 respondents show that all three contribute positively to satisfaction, with facilitator competence emerging as the strongest predictor. These results underscore the importance of building a supportive and interactive learning environment, guided by competent facilitators, to improve the overall quality of English language training programs.
