Kontrak Psikologis Dalam Meningkatkan Perilaku Warga Organisasi Dengan Sikap Kerja Sebagai Mediator [Psychological Contracts in Improving Organizational Citizens Behavior with Work Attitude as a Mediator]

This study aims to examine psychological contracts in increasing organizational citizenship behavior with work attitude as a mediator. The psychological contracts identify that employees work effectively if there is a balance between what the organization gives to employees and what employees give to the organization in increasing organizational citizenship behavior as employee voluntary behavior in carrying out the task with work attitude which is the response of employees as mediators. The target of this research is BUMN employees based in Jambi Province with a sample of 267 permanent employees using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using Partial Least Square / PLS which shows the results of the study that psychological contracts can enhance the organizational citizenship behavior both individually and organizationally with tendencies to respond to employee attitudes work through employee satisfaction in work and employee commitment towards the organization as mediators.
Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menyelidiki kontrak psikologis dalam meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi dengan sikap kerja sebagai mediator. Kontrak psikologis mengidentifikasikan bahwa karyawan bekerja secara efektif jika adanya keseimbangan antara apa yang diterima karyawan dan sebaliknya apa yang karyawan berikan pada organisasi didalam meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi sebagai perilaku sukarela karyawan didalam melaksanakan tugas dengan sikap kerja yang merupakan respon karyawan sebagai mediator. Target penelitian ini adalah karyawan BUMN yang berkantor di Provinsi Jambi dengan sampel sebanyak 267 karyawan tetap dengan menggunakan tekhnik sampel acak sederhana. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square / PLS yang menunjukkan hasil penelitian bahwa kontrak psikologis dapat meningkatkan perilaku warga organisasi baik secara individual maupun organisasional dengan kecenderungan merespon sikap karyawan terhadap pekerjaan melalui kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja dan komitmen karyawan pada organisasi sebagai mediator.
