Anemia among pregnant women remains a significant public health issue, including in Sabu Raijua Regency. This study aims to analyze the relationship between gestational age and parity with the incidence of anemia among pregnant women at the Seba Community Health Center (UPTD Puskesmas Seba). The study employed a cross-sectional design using secondary data from pregnancy registers and cohorts collected from January to June 2025. The sample consisted of 59 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. The variables examined included maternal age, gestational age, parity, and anemia status based on hemoglobin examination. Data were analyzed univariately to describe frequency distributions and bivariately using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that 45.8% of the pregnant women experienced anemia. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between gestational age (p = 0.049), nutritional status (p < 0.001), and sociocultural factors (p < 0.001) with the incidence of anemia. However, parity did not show a significant relationship (p = 0.807). In conclusion, efforts to prevent anemia among pregnant women at the Seba Community Health Center require comprehensive interventions that take into account nutritional aspects, stages of pregnancy, and sociocultural factors influencing maternal health behaviors.
