PERAN PROGRAM DUKUNGAN KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH, KECENDERUNGAN MENGAMBIL RESIKO, DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI TERHADAP KECENDERUNGAN DALAM USAHA BISNIS PADA PELAKU UMKM DI INDONESIA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh kecenderungan meminta dukungan keuangan pada pemerintah, kecenderungan mengambil resiko, kepercayaan diri, dan pola pikir kewirausahaan dalam mempengaruhi kecenderungan berwirausaha. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner elektrik kepada responden yang merupakan pelaku UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) di Indonesia. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan software Smart-PLS 3.3.3 untuk mengetahui validitas, reliabilitas, kesesuaian model fit, bias dalam jawaban responden, serta pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menganalisis data dari 206 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pikir kewirausahaan dan kecenderungan meminta dukungan keuangan pemerintah terbukti mempengaruhi kecenderungan berwirausaha secara signifikan. Sedangkan kecenderungan mengambil resiko dan kepercayaan diri tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecederungan berwirausaha. Melalui penelitian ini juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadapa hubungan antara kecenderungan mengambil resiko dan kepercayaan diri terhadap kecenderungan berwirausaha.
