THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND SAFETY ON PERFORMANCE AT MCDONALD’S
Περίληψη
This study seeks to examine the impact of employee health and safety on performance at McDonald's. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a survey method in which data were gathered through a closed questionnaire based on a Likert scale. The research sample comprised 56 McDonald's employees selected purposively. The findings reveal that occupational health and safety exert a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Improved health conditions and safety standards in the workplace correlate with enhanced employee performance. This outcome underscores the necessity for companies to consistently uphold and advance occupational health and safety standards to bolster employee productivity and performance. It is anticipated that this study will serve as a valuable reference for McDonald's managers and other organizations in effectively managing occupational health and safety to enhance human resource performance.
