The active learning process is needed to create an effective learning. Learning media is an important part to make it possible. This study aims to produce a prototype namely the Monopoli AsBa and knowing the quality of Monopoli AsBa as learning media. This study is a part of R&D (Research and Development) project. Participants on this study was 12 high school students. Questionnaire were utilized as instruments to collect the data. This research used descriptive analysis technique for analyzing the data. The quality of Monopoli AsBa is assessed on several aspects such as the display aspect states that the average percentage is 81.54% that points out it is in very good category; the technical aspect with average percentage of 77.7% which indicates that it is in good category; the instructional aspect states average percentage of 81.9% which interprets that it included in the excellent category. The instructional aspect also shows that 69.4% of students feel that learning in the classroom is more active and 86.1% of students feel that learning is more enjoyable by using Monopoli AsBa as learning media.
