PERBEDAAN INTENSI MENDAPATKAN VAKSIN HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS UNTUK MENCEGAH KANKER SERVIKS DI ANTARA WANITA DENGAN BERBAGAI TIPE PENGAMBIL KEPUTUSAN

Pendahuluan: Meskipun program pencegahan kanker serviks melalui vaksinasi Human Papillomavirus (HPV) sudah tersedia di Indonesia, namun cakupan imunisasi ini masih terbatas. Salah satu penyebab utama dari masalah ini adalah rendahnya intensi atau keinginan dari masyarakat untuk melakukan vaksinasi HPV. Rendahnya intensi untuk melakukan vaksinasi HPV dapat berakibat pada rendahnya tindakan aktif melakukan vaksinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan perbedaan intensi dalam melakukan vaksinasi HPV di antara tiga kelompok wanita pengambil keputusan, yaitu, wanita dewasa yang mengambil keputusan vaksin bagi diri sendiri, remaja putri yang bergantung pada orangtuanya untuk memutuskan tindakan vaksinasi, dan orangtua yang membantu mengambil keputusan terkait vaksinasi HPV bagi putri mereka. Metode: Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Masing-masing kelompok pengambil keputusan berjumlah 147 orang, dengan total responden keseluruhan sebanyak 441 orang. Data yang terkumpul diuji dengan Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil: Hasil uji Kruskal-Wallis mengkonfirmasi adanya perbedaan intensi yang signifikan di antara ketiga kelompok (p<0,001). Rerata peringkat intensi tertinggi terdapat pada kelompok wanita dewasa (mean-rank=273.55), diikuti oleh orangtua (mean-rank=214.37), dan yang terendah pada remaja putri (mean-rank=175.09). Kesimpulan: Intensi wanita untuk mendapatkan vaksin HPV dipengaruhi oleh faktor independensi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Wanita dewasa yang memiliki independensi penuh dalam pengambilan keputusan memiliki intensi tertinggi. Rekomendasi: Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan yang berbeda dalam promosi vaksinasi HPV berdasarkan kelompok pengambil keputusan agar cakupan vaksinasi semakin meningkat.
