THE EFFECT OF FLEXIBILITY EXERCISE ON FATIGUE SCORE AND BLOOD PRESSURE IN HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS AT HOSPITAL X, SERANG DISTRICT

Gagal ginjal kronik semakin umum terjadi dan meningkat setiap tahunnya. Pasien pada stadium lima memerlukan hemodialisis atau transplantasi ginjal karena risiko ketidakstabilan tekanan darah dan kelelahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan fleksibilitas terhadap penurunan skor kelelahan dan tekanan darah pada pasien hemodialisis di RSUD “X” Kabupaten Serang. Desain penelitian quasi eksperimen pretest-posttest dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2024 dengan melibatkan 28 partisipan pada kelompok intervensi dan 28 partisipan pada kelompok kontrol. Intervensi berlangsung selama empat minggu dengan menggunakan kuesioner FSS dan pengukuran tekanan darah sebagai instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah intervensi terdapat penurunan kelelahan dan tekanan darah yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi (p=0,000), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol tidak terdapat perubahan yang signifikan. Analisis regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa latihan fleksibilitas, pekerjaan, dan lama hemodialisis berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kelelahan dan tekanan darah sistolik (p<0,05), sedangkan jenis kelamin dan pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan (p>0,05). Latihan fleksibilitas mengurangi kelelahan hingga 71% (p=0,016) dan menurunkan tekanan darah dengan kemungkinan empat kali lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (p=0,003). Dengan demikian, latihan fleksibilitas efektif dalam mengurangi kelelahan dan tekanan darah pada pasien hemodialisis.
