Abstract
Destination is an important element in tourism. The Ministry of Tourism has designed the Destination Management Organization (DMO) and formulate reference practical action by promoting the Integrated Quality Management for each destination. Success or failure of a DMO is closely connected with the development objectives, one of which is the realization of empowerment, participation and welfare, preservation of natural and cultural environment and of course the benefits for tourists. The Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with STPPH conducted monitoring and evaluation (Monev) of DMO to implement Community Service (PkM). This is a descriptive study and method used is questionnaire, interview with respondents and the stakeholders as well as site visit. The results show that each destination has not been uniform in the achievement stages stipulated by the Ministry of Tourism and is still a destination that should intensify a strengthening phase collective consciousness movement of stakeholders and development of destination management.

Abstrak
Destinasi pariwisata merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam pariwisata. Kementerian Pariwisata telah mendesain Destination Management Organization (DMO) dan merumuskan acuan tindakan praktis dengan mengedepankan Manajemen Mutu Terpadu bagi setiap destinasi pariwisata. Berhasil atau tidaknya suatu DMO sangat berhubungan dengan tujuan pengembangannya, dimana salah satunya adalah terwujudnya pemberdayaan, partisipasi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, kelestarian lingkungan alam maupun budaya dan tentu saja manfaat bagi wisatawan. Kementerian Pariwisata bekerja sama dengan STPPH melakukan kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi (Monev) DMO yang dapat menjadi sarana bagi STPPH untuk melaksanakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM). Studi yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dan metode pelaksanaan Monev dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner, wawancara dengan responden dan para pelaku pariwisata serta tinjauan lapangan. Hasil Monev menunjukkan bahwa setiap destinasi belum seragam dalam pencapaian tahapan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementrian Pariwisata dan masih terdapat destinasi yang harus menggiatkan tahapan penguatan gerakan kesadaran kolektif stakeholder dan pengembangan manajemen destinasi.
