Desain Kerangka Kerja Penanganan Krisis Berbasis Komunitas di Perkotaan
Abstract
Tulisan ini mendiskusikan upaya untuk membangun kerangka kerja penanganan krisis yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Hal ini penting dilakukan mengingat model penanganan krisis dimasa lalu cenderung menimbulkan dampak negatif lanjutan, terutama terhadap aspek sosial dan ekologi. Kerangka kerja dibangun dengan melakukan study kasus terhadap dua aktivitas kolaboratif berbasis komunitas di dua kota. Secara spesifik model penanganan krisis yang dikembangkan adalah model penanganan berbasis komunitas. Hal ini dikarenakan, komunitas bersama warga merupakan aktor yang terlibat dan hidup dalam keseharian saat menghadapi krisis. Hasil analisis terhadap dua study kasus menghasilkan kerangka kerja penanganan krisis yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif sebagai berikut: memfasilitasi komunitas untuk bersama-sama menghadapi perubahan, mendampingi komunitas untuk memperkuat ketahanan warga, mewujudkan warga berdaya, dan mewujudkan aktivitas yang berkelanjutan.
