Περίληψη

The three steps of Media Innovation are focusing on optimizing TikTok, implementing a fair usage policy (FUP), and working strategically with Starlink. Optimization of TikTok aims to optimize digital marketing campaigns; the application of FUP includes regulations governing the fair use of internet bandwidth. And use Starlink satellite technology to expand the market. External adjustments in communication, branding, and interaction with customers and stakeholders. All activities and initiatives can be monitored by applying the balanced scorecard to measure media performance by considering four perspectives. Qualitative research methods through document studies to discuss the use of the balanced scorecard in dealing with external influences, analyze the industrial environment, discover internal strengths and weaknesses, and develop creative strategies and appropriate action plans, as well as change management to become the basis for implementing the desired changes for overall company performance measurement.

Ardi Ardi, Universitas Pelita Harapan

Ardi completed his Bachelor’s in Accounting Science from Universitas Gajah Mada, Master of Management in Information Systems from Universitas Bina Nusantara, and  Doctorate of Management Program at Universitas Pelita Harapan. He is an Associate Professor at Universitas Pelita Harapan, Business School, and a Faculty Member in the Master of Management, Master of Education, and Master of Hospital Administration Programs, and Managing Partner Arbott & Co, Business Restructuring and System Development Consulting. 

Some of his education experiences in managing schools started in 1993 as Finance and Administration Manager of Sekolah Pelita Harapan - Karawaci & Sentul, Board member of Sekolah Tirta Marta-BPK Penabur, Executive Director of Sekolah Harapan Bangsa - Modernland & Bukit Modern, Raffles International Christian School, and Stamford International School, Director of STIMIK Raharja, Vice Rector Administration & Admission of Institut Teknologi; Bisnis Kalbe (Kalbis), and Vice-Rector Administration and Marketing Communication of Universitas Tujuh Belas Agustus 1945 (UTA 45).
