PENGGUNAAN LEMBAR REFLEKSI SEBAGAI LANGKAH DALAM MENGUBAH SIKAP BERBICARA KELAS XII SMA [THE USE OF REFLECTION SHEETS AS A MEANS OF CHANGING THE SPEAKING ATTITUDE OF CLASS XII HIGH SCHOOL]

The attitude of students when speaking is one of the skills they need to master, especially in the 21st century. Many students have yet to master the correct attitude in speaking, both in writing and orally. This was found during the implementation of PPL2. Based on the facts found, the strategy used to intervene was to use reflection on action. The purpose of writing this paper is to explain some steps of using reflection sheet to improve students' speaking attitude. This paper was written using a qualitative descriptive method. The result of the research was that the use of reflection proved to make students become more reflective in their speaking attitude. The suggestions given from this research are that a longer time span is needed for researching and students are given more contextual guiding questions for reflection.
ABSTRAK BAHASA INDONESIA: Sikap siswa saat berbicara merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang perlu dikuasai oleh mereka terutama di abad 21. Banyak siswa yang belum menguasai sikap dalam berbicara yang benar, baik secara tertulis maupun lisan. Hal tersebut ditemukan selama pelaksanakan PPL2. Berdasarkan fakta yang ditemukan, maka strategi yang digunakan untuk mengintervensi adalah menggunakan reflection on action. Tujuan dari penulisan paper ini adalah untuk memaparkan beberapa langkah penggunaan lembar refleksi untuk memperbaiki sikap berbicara siswa. Paper ini ditulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian adalah penggunaan refleksi terbukti membuat siswa menjadi lebih reflektif dalam memiliki sikap berbicara yang baik dan benar. Saran yang diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah diperlukan rentang waktu yang lebih panjang untuk meneliti dan siswa diberikan pertanyaan penuntun refleksi yang lebih kontekstual.
