PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DESA RANDUPADANGAN KABUPATEN GRESIK MELALUI PENGOLAHAN SUSU SAPI (CHU-CHU) [COMMUNITY ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT OF RANDUPADANGAN VILLAGE, GRESIK DISTRICT THROUGH COW MILK PROCESSING (CHU-CHU)]

Randupadangan Village has the potential to produce cow's milk according to the 2018 civil registry data which can be developed for the welfare of community. Cow's milk production reaches 60 liters/day which is obtained from Mr. Sulaiman. Cow's milk that has been sold is pure has a lower economic value of Rp. 5,000/liters so that the processing of cow's milk into Chu-Chu's processed products, namely milk of various flavors, is expected to increase economic value. Through community service activities in Village carried out by PKK mothers and housewives in RT 18, which has 15 members assisted to process cow's milk into products of higher selling value for household economic independence and creating jobs for the people. Through the empowerment that is carried out, this solution assistance is expected to be able to balance the needs of the household economy. The method used this empowerment is FGD, socialization, practice, making modules and forming community. The measured results are based on indicators the level of knowledge, action and income taken pre-test & post-test, the percentage increase is 67%. The results of the data discussion show that the community service program implemented in Randupadangan Village is quite effective in increasing economic value.
BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Desa Randupadanganan Kecamatan Menganti Kabupaten Gresik memiliki potensi penghasil susu sapi menurut data catatan sipil tahun 2018 yang dapat dikembangkan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Produksi susu sapi mencapai 60 liter per hari yang didapat dari peternakan sapi perah milik bapak Sulaiman. Susu sapi yang selama ini dijual murni memiliki nilai ekonomis yang lebih rendah Rp. 5.000,- per liter sehingga pengolahan susu sapi menjadi produk olahan Chu-Chu yakni susu aneka rasa yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Desa Randupadanganan yang dilakukan oleh ibu PKK dan ibu rumah tangga di RT 18 yang memiliki anggota 15 orang didampingi untuk mengolah susu sapi menjadi produk bernilai jual lebih tinggi guna kemandirian ekonomi rumah tangga dan membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat Desa Randupadanganan. Melalui pemberdayaan yang dilakukan pendampingan solusi tersebut diharapkan mampu mengimbangi kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemberdayaan ini adalah FGD (Focus Group Discussion), sosialisasi, praktek, pembuatan modul dan membentuk komunitas. Hasil yang diukur berdasarkan indikator tingkat pengetahuan, tindakan dan penghasilan yang dilakukan sebelum (pre test) dan sesudah (post test) prosentase peningkatan sebesar 67%. Hasil pembahasan data menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan di Desa Randupadanganan Kecamatan Menganti Kabupaten Gresik cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan nilai ekonomisnya.
