INOVASI PERAN MIKRO-BIOAKTIVATOR@ DALAM PENINGKATAN PRODUKSI PUPUK ORGANIK PADAT DI DESA KARANGMELOK KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract
Hi-Link program of Community Service is a form of cooperation between the Director General of Higher Education, Polytechnic of Malang, the Government Bondowoso and Partners Farmers Group. This program aims to improve the economic growth of rural communities Karangmelok Bondowoso, and realized through an increase in the production of solid organic fertilizer. Increased production requires innovative production equipment, application of research results, and application management of natural resources. Quality and increased production of solid organic fertilizer is highly dependent role of microbioactivator that rely on local knowledge. Research methods and application made directly to members of farmer groups Karangmelok village. Results of monitoring and evaluation of performance indicators showed a significant increase from the first year to third year.

Abstrak
Program Hi-Link Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat merupakan bentuk kerjasama antara Dirjen Dikti, Politeknik Negeri Malang, Pemerintah Kabupaten Bondowoso dan Mitra Kelompok Tani. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat desa Karangmelok Kabupaten Bondowoso, dan diwujudkan melalui peningkatan produksi pupuk organik padat. Peningkatan produksi membutuhkan inovasi peralatan produksi, penerapan hasil penelitian, dan penerapan manajemen pengelolaan sumber daya alamnya. Kwalitas dan peningkatan produksi pupuk organik padat sangat tergantung peran mikro-bioaktivator yang mengandalkan kearifan lokal. Metode penelitian dan penerapan dilakukan langsung pada anggota kelompok tani desa Karangmelok. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi menunjukkan indikator kinerja mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan dari tahun pertama hingga tahun ketiga.
