Abstrak

Blended learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang menggabungkan metode luring dan daring. Selama dan setelah pandemi COVID-19, metode blended learning mulai diterapkan di dalam pengajaran musik, salah satunya pada kelas Instrumen Piano Klasik di Conservatory of Music, Universitas Pelita Harapan. Namun, beberapa pihak masih meragukan apakah metode blended learning cocok untuk diterapkan di pembelajaran piano klasik yang berbasis praktik, Selain itu, masih banyak mahasiswa dan dosen yang kurang terampil dan masih sulit beradaptasi dengan metode ini. Akibatnya, hal ini mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran yang dialaminya. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap blended learning pada kelas Instrumen Piano Klasik serta mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Peneliti memberikan kuesioner kepada para responden. Setelah kuesioner diisi, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan validitas, reliabilitas, rumus rata-rata dan persentase, statistik inferensial, serta statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pada kelas Instrumen Piano Klasik I di Conservatory of Music adalah Keandalan, Organisasi Kelas & Kualitas Teknologi sebanyak 60,1%, disusul dengan Jaminan sebesar 53,1% serta Bukti Fisik & Kehadiran Pendidik sebanyak 46,0%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara mayoritas 55,6% mahasiswa Program Studi Musik puas dengan pembelajaran secara blended learning.

 

Abstract (English)

Blended learning is a learning method that combines offline and online. During and after the pandemic COVID-19, blended learning began to be applied in teaching music, such as in Classical Piano Instrument Class at the Conservatory of Music, Pelita Harapan University. However, some stakeholders still doubt whether blended learning is a suitable approach in Classical Piano Instrument Class, as the lesson is heavily based on practical and hands-on learning. Besides, there are still many university students and lecturers who are less skilled and difficult to adapt to this new method. Consequently, it can influence the music students’ satisfaction level regarding the learning that they experience. Therefore, the authors were interested in analyzing the students’ satisfaction with blended learning in Classical Piano Instrument Classes and explored factors that influenced it. This research employs a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The authors analyzed the data using descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the research result, the factors that have the most influence on student satisfaction in the Classical Piano Instrument I class at the Conservatory of Music are (a) Reliability, Class Organization, and Technology Quality at 60,1%, followed by (b) Assurance at 53,1%, and (c) Evidence & Technology Quality with 46,0%. Moreover, the findings of this research conclude that the majority 55,6% of the music students were satisfied with blended learning.
