Author's Guideline
We strongly encourage that manuscripts be submitted to https://ojs.uph.edu/index.php/GLR/index. Authors are required to create an account and submit the manuscripts online. For submission inquiries, please address to hhttps://ojs.uph.edu/index.php/GLR/index.
Author should fulfil the form as detail as possible where the star marked form must be entered. After all form textbox was filled, Author clicks on “Register” button to proceed the registration. Therefore, Author is brought to online author submission interface where Author should click on “New Submission”. In the Start a New Submission section, click on “’Click Here’: to go to step one of the five-step submission process”.
The following are five steps in online submission process:
- Step 1 - Starting the Submission: Select the appropriate section of journal, i.e. Original Research Articles or Review Article. Thus, author must check-mark on the submission checklists.
- Step 2 – Uploading the Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click Browse on the Upload submission file item and choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click Upload button.
- Step 3 – Entering Submission’s Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the textbox including keywords.
- Step 4 – Uploading Supplementary Files: Supplementary file should be uploaded including Covering/Submission Letter. Therefore, click on Browse button, choose the files, and then click on Upload button.
- Step 5 – Confirming the Submission: Author should final check the uploaded manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to Global Legal Review, click Finish Submission button after the documents is true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgement by email and will be able to view the submission’s progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site.
Manuscript Preparation
Systematic of writing the manuscript are as follow:
Title
Must be less than 15 words in total
Author(s)' Identification
Author(s)' name, affiliation and institutional address, together with an e-mail address.
Abstract
The abstract must be written in English and should contain a brief introduction to the problem, objective of paper, and a concise summary of results.
Keywords
Identifying the key concepts of the manuscript, written in alphabetical order.
Introduction
The introduction section must first contain backgrounds regarding the issue (topic) to be discussed in the later sections. A clear formulation of issues should be explicitly mentioned. The formulation of issues will serve as the issue to be analyzed/discussed in the analysis/discussion section.
Research Method
This section shall contain the Author’s explanation on how the research is conducted. The Author must clearly and explicitly elucidate why they chose a certain research method and how that research method will be applied in its analysis and discussion of issues.
Analysis and Discussion
This section shall include the Author’s analysis of the formulation of issues elucidated in the Introduction section. The analysis must be novel and original with no prior Author having analyzed the same matter discussed. The Author’s analysis/discussion must conform to its research method as prescribed previously. Pay attention to conciseness. |

Conclusion |
This section contains concluding remarks regarding the Author’s analysis of the formulation of issues, as elucidated in the Introduction section. This section must be clear and concise and must only include necessary concluding remarks.
References
References at the end of the manuscript should be written in Turabian (9th Edition) Citation Style. All publications cited in the text should be included as a list of bibliography, arranged alphabetically by author, and not categorized in any form (no need to differentiate books, journal, etc). We recommend authors use a reference manager app, such as Mendeley.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
