Pembuatan Ekoenzim dari Daun Bidens pilosa, Thunbergia grandi, Merremia vitifolia, Ceiba pentandra, Leucaena leucocephala, Samanea saman dan Aplikasinya sebagai Pupuk Organik Cair pada Pertumbuhan Kecambah Tanaman Pakcoy (Brasisca Rapa Subsp. Chinensis)

Ecoenzymes have been made from the leaves of several wild plants, namely Bidens pilosa, Thunbergia grandi, Merremia vitifolia, Ceiba pentandra, Leucaena leucocephala, and Samanea saman. The ratio of the amount of leaves, molasses and water for ecoenzymes is 5:1:10 and the fermentation time is 10 weeks. The results of the ecoenzyme are dark brown, gas and bubbles are formed, there is an alcoholic aroma during the fermentation process and it has a fresh sour aroma with a pH of 3.42. The low pH value in the ecoenzyme is caused by the high acid content in the ecoenzyme. Based on observations of the development of pak choy plant sprouts, it can be seen that ecoenzymes provide better growth in plant height and number of leaves than watering with water alone.
