Analisis Peran Pasar Modal dalam Mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Nasional: Studi Kualitatif pada Bursa Efek Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of the capital market in supporting national economic growth, with a focus on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). As a platform for securities trading, the capital market plays a vital role in providing long-term financing alternatives for companies and investment opportunities for the public. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method through literature review and secondary data analysis from IDX annual reports, OJK publications, and academic literature. The results indicate that the capital market contributes significantly to the economy through capital mobilization, efficient allocation, and financial instrument liquidity. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening regulations, financial literacy, and digital transformation of capital market services to enhance public participation and market stability.
