Through this CAS program, students are expected to grow in awareness of their own strengths and potential, learn to overcome the challenges from new activities they have initiated and planned, work collaboratively, show persistence and commitment to be involved in global issues. Periodic evaluation of the program in IB curriculum schools is necessary to investigate the quality of the program and its components which can be used for assessment and decision making towards the improvement and/or accountability of the program. The evaluation result also contributes to increased organizational and social values not only for the school itself, but also for the community affected by this program. This evaluation research uses a descriptive qualitative method by implementing the Countenance Stake evaluation model that emphasizes descriptions and judgments to see the objective conditions at the antecedent (context), transaction (process), and outcome (result) stages. Data collection was carried out through documentation studies, interviews with CAS coordinators, teachers as CAS advisors, students, as well as observing the program implementation. Teachers, as the frontliners of education, are expected to keep up with the times. 21<sup>st</sup> century skills are believed to be essential to be integrated and implemented for the success of students and teachers. One of the 21<sup>st</sup> century skills taken as the basis of this research is innovation. Innovative work behavior is a continuous process that starts with seeking opportunities for ideas to solve problems encountered, then developing those ideas in new or alternative ways so that they can be accepted in the organization and implemented to provide benefits to both performance and the organization. This study aims to see the effect of intrinsic motivation, perceived autonomy support, and job crafting on innovative work behavior in XYZ Early Childhood Years and Elementary School, South Tangerang. Data were obtained from 80 Early Childhood Years and Elementary School teachers by using online questionnaires. This research is quantitative research using the path analysis through SEM-PLS method. On the other hand, a Christian teacher as an agent of reconciliation should build a positive relationship with the students by showing love and caring as God does it first to us. Thus, this paper aims to know the importance and the possible ways of creating a positive teacher-student relationship for effective learning. Through the literature review, the writer found that a positive teacher-student relationship has impacted students’ performance, by which they will be more confident and motivated to participate in the learning process. Hence, the teacher must be flexible and be able to select the most suitable ways to build a positive relationship. It is recommended for the next researcher to find ways to embed the boundaries amid positive relationships.</p><p class="abstrak"> </p><p class="abstrak"><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak</strong></p><p>Jarak antara guru dengan siswa dapat mempengaruhi prestasi siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Di sisi lain, seorang guru Kristen sebagai agen rekonsiliasi harus membangun hubungan guru-siswa yang positif melalui tindakan kasih dan kepedulian seperti yang telah Allah lakukan lebih dahulu. Oleh karena itu, makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya dan cara-cara yang memungkinkan untuk menciptakan relasi guru-siswa yang positif. Melalui kajian literatur, penulis menemukan bahwa relasi ini memberikan dampak bagi prestasi siwa, dimana mereka lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka, guru Kristen harus mampu untuk menjadi fleksibel dan mampu untuk memilih mana cara yang paling tepat dan cara yang harus dihindari dalam membangun relasi guru-siswa yang positif. Accordingly, the researcher critically reviewed the foregoing research results yielded by 20 previously published collaborative writing and Google Docs studies with the accompaniment of a thematic analysis. A thematic analysis approach was incorporated to ascertain the credibility, believability, and reliability of each specifically clustered research result. To produce more relatable and contextual research results, the researcher selected prior collaborative writing and Google Docs investigations ranging from 2019 until 2023 year. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent comparison group design. This research was conducted from November 2022 to January 2023 at the Accounting and Financial Institution Expertise program, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Baturetno. The research sample consisted of 23 students in the experimental class and 22 in the control class. The data collection instrument used a self-assessment test in the form of a closed questionnaire developed using a Likert scale with five alternative answers. Data analysis technique using independent sample t-test. The hybrid course format is a new format implemented as a transition between online education during the pandemic and the soon-offline course. This research explores the effects of the hybrid course for lecturers and students who had conducted two years of online education. The data collection for this qualitative study is through interviews with the student and lecturers, observations of the offline and online classes, and class documentation studies. This research found that the lecturers and the students positively receive the hybrid course as an alternative format for education post-COVID-19 pandemic.</p><p class="abstrak"><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak</strong></p><p>Setelah dua tahun pandemi COVID-19, Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual Universitas Pelita Harapan mulai mengimplementasikan perkuliahan secara hibrida. Perkuliahan secara hibrida ini adalah format yang baru pertama kali dilakukan, dan dilakukan sebagai transisi antara perkuliahan daring karena pandemi dan perkuliahan luring yang akan kembali diselenggarakan. Penelitian ini mencoba mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari perkuliahan hibrida ini terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa yang telah dua tahun mengikuti perkuliahan daring. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa, observasi perkuliahan daring dan luring, serta studi dokumentasi perkuliahan. Schools can see opportunities to be able to attract consumer attention with the existence of experience stories about their schools (Brand Experience) on social media through the behavior of students who write them. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of private school Brand Experience antecedents and their consequences on the behavior of XYZ High School students on social media. The research methodology is quantitative with 196 XYZ school respondents in South Tangerang, the data obtained is processed with SMART PLS ver 3. The results obtained are evidence of the influence of antecedents, namely positive Brand Identification on Brand Experience, resulting in consequences of student behavior that tells good things and promotions about XYZ schools (Advocacy Intention and EWOM) on social media.</div><p><strong> Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak </strong></p><p>Pandemi covid 19 membuat pembelajaran di sekolah yang biasa secara tatap muka menjadi <em>online</em>, sehingga untuk melakukannya memerlukan pengetahuan tentang teknologi dan mengakibatkan adanya penyesuaian bagi siswa juga sekolah. Teknologi terutama internet menjadi <em>platform</em> dan sumber utama pembelajaran, jadi siswa tambah mengerti tentang internet dan media sosial dan hal ini bisa jadi pengalaman yang mereka rasakan sehingga kemungkinan dituangkan di media sosial. Sekolah dapat melihat peluang untuk dapat menarik perhatian konsumen dengan adanya cerita pengalaman mengenai sekolahnya (<em>Brand Experience</em>) di media sosial melalui perilaku siswa yang menuliskannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengkaji pengaruh anteseden <em>Brand Experience</em> sekolah swasta dan konsekuensinya pada perilaku siswa SMA XYZ di media sosial. Metodologi penelitian ialah kuantitatif dengan 196 responden sekolah XYZ di Tangerang Selatan, data yang diperoleh diolah dengan SMART PLS ver 3. Using a systematic literature review and critical reflection lens, this study aims to provide an alternative for better teacher professional development efficacy. Malapropism is the use of an incorrect word that places a similar-sounding word that results in a nonsensical and humorous expression. This phenomenon occurs in spoken yet it is found in written communication. This research is focused on the phenomena of written malapropism produced by non-English department students during English language learning. The descriptive qualitative method is applied in this research due to its aim to identify characteristics, frequencies, trends, and categories of students’ written malapropism. Class observation, notes taken, and the student’s language ability background analysis are used to gather the data. The research showed that during one semester there were five grammatical errors in the form of written malapropism that occurred as the implication of students’ lack of ability to understand English terms due to their inadequate vocabulary awareness.</p><p><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak </strong></p><p>Dalam suatu kelas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris atau <em>English Language Teaching</em> (ELT), pengajar selalu menyadari dan memeriksa kesalahan siswa dalam berbahasa Inggris secara lisan maupun tulisan. Malapropisme adalah penggunaan kata yang kurang tepat yang menempatkan kata tersebut terdengar serupa sehingga menghasilkan ekspresi yang tidak sesuai namun terdengar menghibur. Malapropisme biasanya ditemukan dalam lisan, namun dapat juga terjadi dalam komunikasi tertulis. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada fenomena malapropisme tertulis yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa jurusan non-Bahasa Inggris selama pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Kualitatif deskriptif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini karena bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik, frekuensi, tren, dan kategori malapropisme tertulis yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa. Observasi kelas, pencatatan yang diambil selama penelitian berlangsung dan analisis latar belakang kemampuan bahasa mahasiswa digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Dari penelitian dengan kajian pustaka ini membuahkan hasil antara lain siswa yang melakukan pengelolaan durasi pelatihan mampu meraih atau meningkatkan manifestasi pelatihan dengan substansial.
