PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP PENYESUAIAN STRUKTUR MODAL PERUSAHAAN DI INDONESIA
Abstract
The importance of corporate governance in a company is increasing along with the number of cases of corporate governance violations in various companies in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of corporate governance on the adjustment of the capital structure of companies in Indonesia. This study uses 201 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the period 2012-2020. The results showed that the variables of corporate governance have a positive influence on the adjustment of the capital structure of companies in Indonesia.
BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT
Pentingnya corporate governance dalam suatu perusahaan semakin meningkat seiring dengan banyaknya kasus-kasus pelanggaran corporate governance pada berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh corporate governance terhadap penyesuaian struktur modal perusahaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 201 perusahaan yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia mulai dari periode 2012-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel dari corporate governance memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap penyesuaian struktur modal perusahaan di Indonesia.
