Checkliste für Beitragseinreichungen

Als Teil des Einreichungsverfahren werden die Autor/innen gebeten, anhand der Checkliste für Beiträge die Übereinstimmung ihres Beitrags Punkt für Punkt mit den angegebenen Vorgaben abzugleichen. Beiträge können an Autor/innen, die die Richtlinien nicht befolgen, zurückgegeben werden.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
  • DOIs or URLs for references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author's Guidelines and Manuscript template.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Law Review. Please read the information on the peer-review process. The articles published in Law Review are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Team’s right based on the peer reviewer’s recommendation.

Please read and understand the Author's Guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the Editors should comply with the Author's Guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the Editorial Team before being reviewed. The Editorial Team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.


Important Note: All manuscripts must be submitted in English. If English is not your first language, we appreciate it if the manuscript has passed the proofread process by a native or a trusted proofread institution. Do not forget to attach the proofread evidence to the supplementary file when making a submission. Otherwise, your manuscript will be delayed or even rejected after a preliminary review by the Editorial Team. Review Policy
Editor in Chief will assign the manuscript to Managing Editor for further handling. The Managing Editor will request at least two scientists to review the research article manuscript. All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer-review, both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process to meet standards of academic excellence.
