Author Guidelines

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that fall within the scope of the Law Review. Please read the information on the peer-review process. The articles published in Law Review are going through a double-blind peer-review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Team’s right based on the peer reviewer’s recommendation.

Please read and understand the Author's Guidelines for the preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the Editors should comply with theAuthor's Guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or uses a different format, it will be rejected by the Editorial Team before being reviewed. The Editorial Team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.


Important Note: All manuscripts must be submitted in English. If English is not your first language, we appreciate it if the manuscript has passed the proofread process by a native or a trusted proofread institution. Do not forget to attach the proofread evidence to the supplementary file when making a submission. Otherwise, your manuscript will be delayed or even rejected after a preliminary review by the Editorial Team. Review Policy
Editor in Chief will assign the manuscript to Managing Editor for further handling. The Managing Editor will request at least two scientists to review the research article manuscript. All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer-review, both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process to meet standards of academic excellence.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.
  3. DOIs or URLs for references have been provided.
  4. The text is 1.5-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author's Guidelines.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

1) Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY-SA 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

2) Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

3) Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website). The final published PDF should be used and bibliographic details that credit the publication in this journal should be included.
