PLC DARING SEBAGAI WADAH MENUMBUHKAN BUDAYA KOLABORASI DI INSTITUSI PENDIDIKAN DENGAN KAJIAN LITERATUR [ONLINE PLC AS A PLATFORM TO FOSTER A CULTURE OF COLLABORATION IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS THROUGH A LITERATURE REVIEW]

Abstract


PLC is a common practice in schools. This is because PLC can develop the professionalism and collaboration of teachers in schools. However, due to the COVID 19 pandemic, PLC implementation has changed from offline to online. There are impacts arising from this change, namely changes in the infrastructure and atmosphere of the PLC itself. Therefore, the research question arises whether and how can online PLCs foster collaboration in schools after the Covid 19 pandemic? The purpose of this research is to use a systematic literature review, this research wants to answer what and how the potential that arises in online PLCs can foster collaboration in educational institutions after the Covid 19 pandemic. The results of this study are that Online PLCs foster collaboration between parties in educational institutions. The discovery found is that online PLCs can foster collaboration. On the other hand, PLCs need to keep participants active and need the right devices and applications when running them.  

 

ABSTRAK BAHASA INDONESIA: PLC merupakan hal yang lumrah dilakukan oleh sekolah-sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan PLC dapat menumbuhkembangkan profesionalitas dan kolaborasi dari pendidik-pendidik di sekolah. Namun, karena pandemi COVID 19, pelaksanaan PLC mengalami perubahan dari luring menjadi daring. Terdapat dampak-dampak yang timbul akibat perubahan ini yaitu perubahan secara infrastruktur dan suasana PLC itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, muncul pertanyaan penelitian apakah  dan bagaimanakah PLC daring dapat menumbuhkan kolaborasi pada sekolah-sekolah pasca pandemi Covid 19? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kajian literatur yang sistematis, penelitian ini ingin menjawab apa dan bagaimana potensi yang muncul pada PLC daring dapat menumbuhkan kolaborasi pada institusi pendidikan pasca pandemic Covid 19. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PLC Daring menumbuhkan kolaborasi pihak-pihak yang ada di institusi pendidikan. Penemuan yang ditemukan adalah PLC daring bisa menumbuhkan kolaborasi. Di sisi lain, PLC perlu dijaga keaktifan dan kesehatan mental peserta dan perlunya perangkat dan aplikasi yang tepat saat menjalankannya.
