Social anxiety is one of the common problems among college students. They often do not have sufficient knowledge and skills, so they do not know how to respond properly. This article aims to explore further the dynamics of social anxiety problems among college students and try to formulate a way to deal with them. The research method used is literature research. One strategy that can be applied is through a self-modification approach that is integrated with Christian spiritual formation. Concrete and applicable steps are described systematically as a guide in implementing them. However, this effort does not replace our dependence on God's grace in Christ.
