Community Service (CS) is one part of Tridarma of higher education in Indonesia that correlates the world of education to the community. CS activities aim to actualize knowledge and skills possessed by universities to the community in the hope that it will solve various problems in the community and improve the welfare of the community. The Covid-19 pandemic is a health problem that is currently being faced by the Indonesian people, especially in crowded areas such as the school environment. The real impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is a decline in health levels that causes death in the community. One of these conditions is suspected to be due to a lack of education to the public about preventing the transmission of Covid-19. Based on these problems, CS activities were carried out in the form of online counseling on preventing the transmission of Covid-19 to teachers and parents at Bintang Kecil Kindergarten, Bekasi Regency. CS data was obtained by using a Pre-Experimental Design (One Group Pre-Test Post-Test) approach using a quiz instrument (goggle form). The result of pre-test and posttest showed an increase in the knowledge of teachers and parents in the Kindergarten of Bintang Kecil, Bekasi Regency by 13,1%.
