PENGEMBANGAN PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA DI DESA BERDAYA CISANDE, KECAMATAN CICANTAYAN, KABUPATEN SUKABUMI

Abstract

The research aims to describe community empowerment through the development of potential for sustainable tourism in Cisande Village, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency, which is a village under the guidance of Rumah Zakat and in collaboration with PT. ODC as a donor who assists in the development of agro-based and local-based sustainable tourism activities in Cisande Village. Qualitative data collection through interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with Maman Mulyana as the Inspiration Volunteer for Rumah Zakat as well as the supervisor of the Cisande Village tourism management group, processing data in descriptions. Based on the results of the interview, it is known that the form of empowerment through the development of agro-based and local tourism potential in Cisande Village is a form of community empowerment by mobilizing village potential in the tourism sector which consists of river tubing, flying fox, educational tourism, culinary tours, Bukit Cemara. Outbound, and Tracking, thus becoming one of the strategies for community empowerment in the field of economy, human resource development and environmental preservation so that these activities support the creation of sustainable tourism development. Support from the local government also certainly affects empowerment activities based on sustainable tourism in the empowered village of Cisande, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency. One form of support provided by the village government is to give the group authority to manage 1 hectare of village-owned land to be managed and in use it for agro-based and local tourism activities in the village of Cisande.
