Analisis Pemberdayaan, Kerja Tim, dan Pelatihan yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Selama Pandemi Covid-19 pada Industri Food & Beverage di Surabaya [Analysis of Empowerment, Teamwork, and Training on Job Satisfaction During Covid-19 Pandemic in Food & Beverage Industry in Surabaya]

Abstract


The basis for this research is about the dynamics of job satisfaction of F&B employees in Surabaya during the Covid-19 pandemic, which is known through a preliminary survey that there are problems with employee job satisfaction for each aspect above 50%. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of empowerment, teamwork, and training on job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially by using a cross sectional study design and making 100 F&B employees in Surabaya as respondents, a survey using Google Forms with a Likert scale and for data analysis carried out multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 software. The results of the study prove that simultaneously Empowerment, Teamwork, and Training have a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, while partially Empowerment has a negative effect on Job Satisfaction, Teamwork has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction and Training has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction. The importance of implementing Empowerment, Teamwork and Training will create an increase in employee Job Satisfaction during the Covid-19 Pandemic if it is carried out in harmony with employee expectations during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Dasar dilakukan penelitian ini adalah tentang dinamika kepuasan kerja karyawan F&B di Surabaya pada masa pandemi Covid-19, yang diketahui melalui survey pendahulan bahwa terjadi permasalahan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan atas masing-masing aspek di atas 50%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris efek Pemberdayaan, Kerja Tim dan Pelatihan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study dan menjadikan 100 karyawan F&B di Surabaya sebagai responden, survey menggunakan Google Forms dengan skala Likert dan untuk analisis data dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara bersamaan Pemberdayaan, Kerja Tim, dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan secara parsial Pemberdayaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kerja Tim berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Pentingnya implementasi Pemberdayaan, Kerja Tim dan Pelatihan akan menciptakan peningkatan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan di masa pandemi Covid-19 jika dilakukan dengan selaras sesuai dengan harapan karyawan di masa pandemi Covid-19.
