Pengaruh Relationship Satisfaction dalam Business Performance [Effect of Relationship Satisfaction in Business Performance]
Abstract
Along with the obstacles in running a business, especially in building and maintaining a sustainable relationship with suppliers, a business must struggle to keep it going well. As we know, that supplier plays an important role in the success of a company in the smooth process of business. It is influenced by the performance of both parties between suppliers and companies. The purpose of research is to test and analyze the factors that affect the information sharing to relationship satisfaction that can impact on business performance. The object of research is the head of Indomaret store in 31 districts in Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative research method. Respondents' data is processed and analyzed using data analysis method that is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based on variance which can simultaneously perform testing of measurement model as well as testing of structural model that is PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this research shows that (1) information sharing significantly affect relationship satisfaction (2) information sharing does not significantly affect business performance (3) relationship satisfaction significantly affect business performance.
Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia :Seiring dengan adanya hambatan dalam menjalankan sebuah bisnis khususnya dalam membangun dan membina hubungan yang berkelanjutan dengan pemasok, maka sebuah bisnis harus berjuang untuk dapat tetap berjalan dengan baik. Seperti yang diketahui, bahwa pemasok memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam kelancaran proses bisnis. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kinerja dari kedua belah pihak yaitu antara pemasok dan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi information sharing terhadap relationship satisfaction yang dapat berdampak pada business performance. Objek penelitian yaitu kepala toko Indomaret yang ada di 31 kecamatan yang ada di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data jawaban responden diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) berbasis varian yang secara simultan dapat melakukan pengujian model pengukuran sekaligus pengujian model struktural yaitu PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) berbagi informasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap relationship satisfaction (2) berbagi informasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis (3) relationship satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap business performance.
