Pengaruh Dukungan Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Adaptabilitas Karier Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Dosen Di Jabodetabek [The Influence of Organizational Support to Work Satisfaction with Career Adaptability as Mediating Variable in Lecturers in Jabodetabek]
Abstract
This study examines the effect of organizational support on job satisfaction mediated by career adaptability. The subjects and population in this study are lecturers who taught in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi. Using the convenience sampling method, the number of samples collected in the study were 227 lecturers. The statistical test used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using Amos. The results show that there is an influence of the independent variable, organizational support on the dependent variable, job satisfaction mediated by career adaptability.
Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Penelitian ini akan menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh adaptabilitas karier. Subjek dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para dosen yang mengajar di Jabodetabek. Menggunakan metode convenience sampling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 227 dosen. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), menggunakan program Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan langsung variabel independen (dukungan organisasi) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan kerja) dengan dimediasi adaptabilitas karier.
