Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Samsat Polewali Mandar [The Influence of Competence, Leadership, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at SAMSAT Polewali Mandar]

Abstract


Optimizating employees' performance is necessary at SAMSAT Polewali Mandar to achieve goals and targets. This research aims to: (1) analyze the influence of competence, leadership, and work discipline on employees' performance at SAMSAT Polewali Mandar; (2) analyze the dominant variable which affects  employees' performance at SAMSAT Polewali Mandar. Data collection technique in this research used questionnaires. The total of respondents is 70 people using data analysis, validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing processed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The results showed that: (1) competence, leadership, and work discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) competence, leadership, and work discipline variables each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) competence has a dominant influence to employee performance.

Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia : Pengoptimalan kinerja pegawai diperlukan di SAMSAT Polewali Mandar untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SAMSAT Polewali Mandar; (2) menganalisis variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada SAMSAT Polewali Mandar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 70 orang dengan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan uji  reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) variabel kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) secara parsial variabel kompetensi, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
