Peran Kepemimpinan Guru Kristen terhadap Iklim Kelas di Era Disrupsi Teknologi;The Role of Christian Teacher Leadership on Classroom Climate in the Era of Technology Disruption

The fast development of technology cause disruption, so there is a significant change in education, especially in the learning process. The figure of teacher who is no longer become the only source of knowledge for students makes the teacher’s leadership role more prominent. Through portfolio data on PPL 2 and literatures review, this paper will emphasize the shepherd leadership role of a Christian teacher in the classroom and its implication for the classroom climate. The result is that shepherd leadership of Christian teachers has main purpose to discipleship, which is to guide students to the truth of God’s words and to the ability to respond their calling. The conclusion of this paper is Christian teacher leadership is manifested in wise decision making throughout the learning process, so that it impacts on the presence of a good classroom climate, a conducive atmosphere and good interaction between teachers, and students.
