The home industry is a type of business that has a characteristic in terms of minimal capital, most of the business owners are the head of the household, and the workforce comes from the family. The partner industries are home industries from Ni Ketut Niliati and Ni Wayan Suriati. The second business of the partners is engaged in the business of making and selling chips. There are several obstacles faced by partners in the limitations of production aids, product packaging, product storage, lack of financial management and limitations in terms of marketing. Based on the problems faced, the activities carried out gradually began production management to marketing. Activities begin with socialization, provision of equipment as production aids, packaging design, and training, financial management training, preparation and training on the use of social media/websites. Giving equipment has helped partners increase production and speed up the production process. Financial management training is carried out by providing training in recording orders and simple cash books. Based on the activities carried out the results obtained were an increase in production both quality and quantity by 35%, the creation of simple cash books, order books, packaging labeling, and social media/website marketing. With the help of labeling, product packaging is becoming more attractive to buyers and can be a promotional medium because it contains information on kripik businesses. With the presence of social media/website marketing, information related to the chip cracker business can be widespread.
Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: Industri rumah tangga adalah jenis usaha yang memiliki ciri khas dalam hal modal yang minim, sebagian besar pemilik usaha adalah kepala rumah tangga, dan tenaga kerja berasal dari pihak keluarga. Industri rumah tangga yang menjadi mitra yaitu industri rumah tangga dari Ni Ketut Niliati dan Ni Wayan Suriati yang berlokasi di Desa Parean Kecamatan Baturiti Kab. Tabanan. Usaha kedua mitra bergerak dibidang usaha pembuatan dan penjualan kripik rempeyek. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh mitra dalam keterbatasan alat bantu produksi, kemasan produk, tempat penyimpanan produk, kurangnya manajemen keuangan serta keterbatasan dalam hal pemasaran. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi, maka kegiatan dilakukan bertahap mulai manajemen produksi sampai pemasaran. Kegiatan dimulai dengan sosialisasi, pemberian peralatan sebagai alat bantu produksi, pelatihan pengemasan dan desain label kemasan, pelatihan manajemen keuangan, pembuatan dan pelatihan penggunaan media sosial/website. Pemberian peralatan telah membantu mitra meningkatkan produksi dan mempercepat proses produksi. Pelatihan manajemen keuangan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pencatatan order dan buku kas sederhana. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil yaitu peningkatan produksi baik kualitas maupun kuantitas sebesar 35%., terciptanya buku kas sederhana, buku order, labeling kemasan dan media sosial/website pemasaran. Dengan bantuan labeling, kemasan produk menjadi lebih menarik minat pembeli dan dapat menjadi media promosi karena berisi informasi tempat usaha kripik. Dengan adanya media sosial/website pemasaran, informasi terkait usaha kripik rempeyek dapat tersebar luas.
